Job Description/Responsibilities

·  CSR Fundraising & Revenue Generation

·      Identify and manage a monthly pipeline of 20–25 CSR prospects.

·      Draft and submit 10–15 customized proposals/concept notes each month.

·      Conduct consistent follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed funding partnerships.

·      Contribute directly toward achieving the ₹15 Crore annual fundraising target.

·  Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

·      Cultivate strong relationships with corporate CSR heads, foundations, and key decision-makers.

·      Conduct high-impact pitch meetings, presentations, and ongoing donor engagements.

·      Represent the organization at strategic networking events and stakeholder forums.

·      Maintain long-term donor relationships to secure repeat funding and multi-year commitments.

·  Proposal Development & Program Coordination

·      Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling, high-quality funding proposals.

·      Tailor concept notes to align with specific donor priorities and CSR thematic focus areas.

·      Ensure all submissions meet strict compliance standards and internal deadlines.

·  Pipeline Tracking & Performance Reporting

·      Maintain a structured tracking system for leads, proposal status, and conversion metrics.

·      Deliver weekly and monthly pipeline progress reports to senior leadership.

·      Identify deal bottlenecks early and drive proactive solutions to achieve closure.

·  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·      Monthly Targets:

o  20–25 new leads identified

o  10–15 proposals submitted

o  15–20 follow-ups conducted

o  3–5 active donor discussions

o  1–2 closed partnerships

·      Quarterly Target: Drive ₹1–2 Crore in pipeline conversions.

·      Annual Target: Directly contribute to the overall ₹15 Crore target.

·  Core Skills & Qualifications

·      Proven experience in end-to-end sales/CSR pipeline management and deal closure.

·      High-level stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

·      Strong proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills.

·      Solid execution discipline with a strong target-driven focus under tight timelines.

·      Good understanding of the CSR regulatory ecosystem, compliance, and corporate funding priorities.
