Job Description/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition across international markets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, architects, and project owners.
- Lead end-to-end bid management, proposal preparation, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Achieve annual sales targets and ensure sustainable business expansion.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in BIM, engineering, and digital construction services.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic international clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events globally.
AEC Industry Expertise
- Utilize strong understanding of BIM, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction workflows to position company offerings effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, and competitor activities within the AEC domain.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements and industry standards.
Strategic Market Development
- Develop and execute market expansion and go-to-market strategies across target regions.
- Identify emerging business opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnership models.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and strategic insights to leadership teams.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with global leadership teams to drive organizational growth objectives.
- Coordinate with delivery, engineering, and operations teams for seamless client execution.
- Mentor and guide junior business development professionals to build a high-performing sales organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in international sales/business development within BIM, Engineering, AEC, or Digital Engineering services.
- Strong network within EPC contractors, consultants, and construction/project management firms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, digital construction technologies, and engineering service models.
- Ability to drive strategic growth initiatives and manage large enterprise accounts.
- Experience handling global clients across North America, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets will be preferred.
Preferred Qualification
- Engineering Background Preferred
- MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Management is desirable
