Business Growth & Strategic Leadership

• Drive the overall growth and profitability of the Digital Operations

Management vertical with complete P&L ownership.

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and

operational scalability.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries including

Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Engineering Services.

• Define and implement scalable go-to-market strategies for Digital Operations

offerings.

• Build strong relationships with key clients and act as a strategic advisor for

digital transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to strengthen market

positioning and expand global reach.

Operational Excellence & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end digital operations delivery ensuring quality, efficiency,

scalability, and client satisfaction.

• Establish operational frameworks, KPIs, governance models, and

standardized processes to improve productivity and cost optimization.

• Oversee large-scale, multi-location project execution while ensuring

adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve operational

performance and business outcomes.

• Ensure continuous improvement through innovation, analytics, and digital

enablement.

Leadership & Team Management

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across operations, delivery,

and support functions.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and performance

excellence.

• Develop future leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capabilities.

• Work closely with cross-functional departments including Sales, HR, Finance,

and Technology to align business goals and operational priorities.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges

and propose value-driven digital solutions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term strategic

partnerships.

• Represent the organization in client discussions, strategic reviews, and

industry engagements.

Market Intelligence & Industry Positioning

• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies

within Digital Operations and Engineering Services.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and service enhancement aligned with

evolving industry demands.

• Strengthen the organization’s positioning in Digital Transformation, Digital

Engineering, and Smart Operations domains.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Operations Management, Digital Transformation,

Engineering Services, or related domains.

• Proven experience in senior business leadership roles with strong P&L

management responsibility.

• Strong understanding of Digital Operations, Process Optimization, Automation

Frameworks, and Operational Governance.

• Demonstrated experience managing large teams and delivering complex,

multi-location projects.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing capabilities.

• Strong strategic thinking with exceptional execution and decision-making

skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to BIM, Digital Twin, Digital Engineering, or Engineering Services

industry.

• Experience implementing solutions related to RPA, Analytics Platforms, or

Enterprise Digital Tools.

• Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities.
