Job Description/Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Sales Head – RoW & Europe will be responsible for driving business growth across international markets, particularly Rest of World (RoW) and Europe. This role focuses on strategic sales, client acquisition, and expanding global market presence while ensuring strong collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition in RoW and European markets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across EPC contractors, consultants, and project owners
- Lead end-to-end bid management, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Achieve annual revenue targets and ensure sustained business growth
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and global conferences
3. AEC & BIM Domain Expertise
- Leverage expertise in BIM and AEC workflows to position service offerings effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions aligned with client requirements
4. Strategic Market Development
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances
- Provide actionable market insights to leadership for strategic planning
5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams for successful project execution
- Mentor and guide junior sales professionals to build a high-performing team
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within the AEC industry
- Preferred background in Engineering or Architecture with strong BIM knowledge
- Proven success in international markets (RoW/Europe preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven, strategic thinker with high ownership mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally
