Job Description/Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual communication and creative design initiatives for social impact campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging digital creatives, maintaining brand consistency, collaborating with content and marketing teams, and delivering high-quality visual assets across multiple platforms. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, branding, social media design, and campaign creatives while consistently meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, and digital marketing assets.
• Create compelling visuals for fundraising and awareness campaigns.
• Design YouTube thumbnails and other promotional creatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication and marketing materials.
• Review, revise, and enhance creatives based on stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with content writers, social media teams, and marketing stakeholders.
• Translate campaign objectives into impactful visual designs.
• Deliver high-quality creatives within defined timelines.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
• Recommend innovative design concepts to improve campaign performance.
• Support digital marketing and branding initiatives through effective visual storytelling.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, branding, and campaign design projects
